The charge of CEN’s Illinois College Options (ICO) program is to organize and facilitate college access programs for low-income youth, ages 16-24, who are interested in pursuing post-secondary education. We help youth connect the dots between school and career by providing opportunities for them to begin exploring their interests and passions to discover how those interests and passions fit into career paths.
